Wedding Photography at All Saints Church, Ripley in Derbyshire.
Amy and Nathan were married at the All Saints Church located in Ripley, Derbyshire.
Amy got in touch with me in early 2017 having seen some of my images on my Facebook page (LINKY) and she loved the style and feel to the images I am able to capture. Amy wanted a documentary set of images of her wedding and didn't want a photographer that was going to interfere - PERFECT!
It's the first time I have been to the All Saints Church in Ripley and it was a great place for Amy and Nathan to get married. The people at the Church were great on the day - sometimes as a photographer at a Church wedding, you are told to stand in one place and to only take images during the Hymns. However, the Priest (John) gave me pretty much full reigns to moved and be where I thought would make the best images. As a documentary wedding photographer, I am totally conscious that I do not want to distract, interfere or cause fuss during any part of the wedding day; so although John allowed me to go where I like, I still wanted to capture images without being noticed.
Once the ceremony was over, we all headed off to the aftershow party in Normanton.
Below are a few pictures from the day - all the images were captured using 2x Fujifilm XT2s, 23mm f1.4, 23mm f2, 50mm f2 and the 50-140mm f2.8.
