I still really love this photo – it was shot at the wedding of Emma and John at the Folly in Mackworth Derby.
Why do I love it – John.
He was all cool when he arrived, he was laughing, chatting and loving being the centre of attention. And yet.. when the music started and the registrars asked everyone to stand up to welcome the bride; it hit him – the nerves.
The image itself was shot on the Fujifilm Xpro 2 using the stunning 35mm f1.4 lens and I’m shooting pretty close to John, I wanted him in the frame and I wanted to shoot past him to get Emma and her Dad walking down the aisle together.
