Wedding Photography at St Mary's Church, Lace Market, Nottingham
Stacey and Matt were married at the stunning St. Mary's Church in the Lace Market here in Nottingham, followed by the aftershow party at Carriage Hall in Plumtree.
Sometimes when you shoot a wedding in a Church you are asked by the Church to stay in one place and to not move during the ceremony. Thankfully James the priest gave me permission to wonder where ever I wanted; which was great and allowed me to move freely to get a few different angles but my goal as always was to never distract.
The Church ceremony was beautifully done with some advice from James to the newly married couple which made for some great reaction images.
The aftershow party was held not far from Nottingham at Carriage hall which is a converted victoria storage building for the former plumtree railway station - it has been amazing done up and was a great place for people to relax and chill out on a summer's day.
Below are a few pictures from the day - all the images were captured using 2x Fujifilm XT2s, 16mm f1.4, 23mm f2, 50mm f2, 56mm f 1.2 and the 50-140mm f2.8.
